Weighty Issues

I don't make a habit of sharing my weight but this is the lightest I have been in a number of years. Not so long ago I was 12 stone 9lbs. I have just been eating more sensibly and drinking a bit less alcohol and it seems to be working. I wanted to get down to 10 stone for summer...not sure it is attainable but I'm going to keep trying just by watching that I am eating good stuff and not too much fatty treats :-)
