Birthday Banquet

Down to Hartlepool for my niece Natalie's 21st birthday celebration.

We all took over a corner of a very nice Chinese restaurant in the Marina. The food was great, and the magician going from table to table was fun - the kids really enjoyed it. Who am I kidding? We all enjoyed it. A top night, and Nat looked brilliant.

Turned out we weren't the only visitors from Dunbar: the town's lifeboat, recently very badly damaged, is in Hartlepool to determine whether or not it can be repaired - which seemed an odd coincidence.
