Sunday 26 June 2011: A Lovely Day
We went to the beach and dunes at Formby Point today. Although busy there are miles of wide beaches so there is plenty of space for everyone.
The air was pure and clear. To the west we could see deep into Snowdonia, to the north we could see the Blackpool Tower and to the south we could see the Three Graces on the Liverpool waterfront.
We met up with daughter F, who had been working at the kennels all day, for something to eat.
