Monday 27 June 2011: Last day
Before leaving our camp spot in the Columbia River Gorge area, we took a drive to some of the waterfalls along the road. I took this photo of Shepperd's Dell Falls from the top of the highway bridge, looking down. This is not easy to do, as you need a tripod to get your camera over the edge of the bridge to get this view. I did photograph it last month when we were there, but in the past I couldn't get this angle because I didn't have a good tripod.
We arrived at home to dreary, grey skies and lots of rain. Tomorrow it's back to work!
