Tuesday 28 June 2011: Number Crunching
Interesting day today...if a 12 hour day. An odd task today because it involved facilitation of a conference and working groups (around 80 folk) all engaged in a process to assess various options for service redesign in mental health. Today it was about location of acute beds and the psychiatric intensive care unit.
This is the scoring spreadsheet, which I had to fill in 'live' during breaks to give results by the end of the day. You can see the final scores, created by scoring in sub-groups, and applying weightings developed by consensus in the morning.
Fun, but brain expanding.
