Friday 24 June 2011: First Church (Presbyterian) Dunedin
Coffee in CBD after Mother had been coiffured! Had a bit of time to fill in whilst Mother paid a bill and so had a good look at my surroundings and after some only OK captures of windows reflecting sky, trees and architecture I turned to this cathedral built by our founding fathers in the true Scottish Presbyterian manner.
Lots of well managed money in those days and a dedication to education, religion and social structure that has left this city with some wonderful architecture and history.
