Ceiling

Thanks to everybody who commented and voted on yesterday's picture. I'ts a bit difficult to follow something that had a reaction like that, and the old inspiration has left me today, so I just shot the ceiling. At least it doesn't use up any energy.

We had a problem concerning the swans today - a bunch of hooligans (on half-term) walked through our industrial estate, found the pond and started to taunt the poor things. The swans were giving as good as they got as they were protecting their nest, but they were agitated and in distress.
On seeing this, me and a colleague called security and then went to confront the townies and rescue the swans. When we got there and told them to stop, the tirade of abuse and foul language was awful. But I finally shut up and they went quietly away. The swans soon recovered, and were back to normal within 15 minutes.

On a lighter note, I came upon this today:

"Apple Computer announced today that it has developed a computer chip that can store and play music in women's breast implants.
The iBreast will cost between £499 and £599.
This is considered to be a major breakthrough because women are always complaining about men staring at their breasts and not listening to them"
