Nice Customers

I like it when people take the time to let you know when you did something right. The first note, the email, I would like to point out that my boss had not informed me of the dietary requirements until it was time for them to order the dessert. So I had to make it up on the spot. It annoys me that he pretends to be so good whereas he actually totally isn't. He didn't care about that customer because he never notified me and then he expects me to make up a choice of desserts on the spot with no dairy in it. Of course I did it but it is still annoying as I could have made something special had I known. I did make something for his 2nd and 3rd night though.
