Thursday 3 April 2008: O Grade Arithmetic
It was officially Pull Your Finger Out And Get Those Raised Beds Built Day today.
I made good progress, but have to admit to spending rather too long at the timber yard doing sums.
Here's what I needed:
- 24 x 1.4m lengths of 150 x 16mm
- 24 x 3.3m lengths of 150 x 16mm
- 48 x 800mm lengths of 50 x 50mm
The 150 x 16mm comes in 4.2m lengths
The 50 x 50mm comes in 4.8m lengths
To keep the cost to a minimum, how many lengths of each did I need to buy?
