Moggy Million

In January 1961 the 1,000,000th Morris Minor was sent out from the factory. To mark the event they produced another 349 in the same colour that was randomly chosen for the millionth. Today about 70 remain, 30 of them road worthy and 9 turned up to the rally. I have taken the number of a guy who's selling his - polished to within an inch of it's life, you could eat your dinner off the engine, it's so spotlessly clean.

Now, will the bank manager agree to a loan of say, 15 grand?
