Monday 4 July 2011: Ormidale Pier, Loch Riddon

This is almost opposite my house. The pier is where the Para Handy story "Painting the Boat" starts, but only yachts anchor there now. A glimpse of what it might have been like in another era can be found in this fascinating picture from 1982.
