Monday 4 July 2011: Black and Blue
I was hoping to get a fireworks shot today, but as it turns out we are skipping the festivities. My cold is a little better, but the thought of being outside at night in the damp, particularly in a huge crowd, is excursion-stopping. The only sanctioned fireworks show is in the next town over, but I can already hear little illegal explosions from all around the neighborhood. The fog is starting to roll in, which means we will have lots of noise, but not much of a light show around here. You will have to be content with Salvia guaranitica, Black and Blue.
