Sunday 10 July 2011: That's all folks....
.....well, that's camp finished. The final day was always going to be a faff; packing, cleaning and jumping on and off trains, but everything went smoothly the Scouts were delivered safely back to their parents just after 9pm. It was a cracking camp, and there is much talk about repeating it in two years time.
Nancy, Owen and I however weren't coming home. We jumped on a flight from Zurich to Zagreb and arrived in Croatia for the long drive to Zadar and the Garden Festival (electronic music festy). The drive was a bit of an adventure, never good to arrive in a new country at night and have to drive for 3 hours, but we arrived in Punta Skala tired but happy to starting the next leg of our adventure.
