Brixton Market

Even though I am 4200 miles from my birthplace, in some ways I have never been closer to it. Brixton has a strong Afro-Caribbean feel to it, and the market reflects that heavily. It is nice to be able to go and get plaintains to make tostones, the fried (and fried again!) green plaintains of my youth.
