Wednesday 13 July 2011: Flood
We drove up the Tutaki again tonight after yet another day of persistent rain - not thoroughly sick of it. The rivers are all pretty much at flood level and many of the fields were under water. Lots of trees down along the way too. This is Blackwater - one of my favourite spots to get the fluffy white effect of running water - today was fair old rattling past under the bridge - hope that come across in the picture. TeeJay was stood in the middle of the road on the bridge and didn't hear a car coming - was soooo loud
