Thanks for the encouragement yesterday. I kind of fell short of who I want to be, was kind of a Betty Bummer! Much better today, but I will be happy when the weekend hits!
Made a great Southwest Black Bean Salsa for dinner, with fresh avocados. That made me happy, it tasted good and was healthy, except for the chips. Oh well!
