Friday 15 July 2011: Just a load of organic beer

En route from Clachtoll to Fortrose, we made an unscheduled stop at the Black Isle brewery just off the A9. In addition to a short free tour, they tempted us with six packs of organic beer, and we duly succumbed.

Doing a bit of B&B for a couple of nights to provide respite from the camping.

The other thing we saw today which particularly struck me was Fort George built by the British state just outside Inverness after Culloden (and barely out of cannon range from the battlefield) to quell the unruly highlanders.
