The Question of the Day

As I was filling in for the absent dental hygienist again today and a young patient came in with 'the question of the day' (there's always a story to tell by the end of the day...and this one is it)

He was a well behaved and intelligent 8 year old. Quite an entertaining conversationalist. Then he paused and sat thoughtfully as if posing a question in his head...then the question blurted out, 'What happens if you cut off your uvula?'

I smiled and asked him if he knew what a uvula was?!?
