Tuesday 19 July 2011: The Good old days
Every morning I walk through the village to get a lift to work, and I pass our old Post Office. It closed about 6 years ago I think, when a bypass around our village opened. It looks so sad! But the postbox is still there and it always looks so vibrant. We do still have a post office on a Monday and Thursday morning in a cupboard in the Village Hall, which I think is hilarious! Talk about a quiet country village...
