Objectionable Practices

I have often thought of this trick myself. Post an obscurely worded message about something you want to do (and nobody else does) and wait until someone can decipher it sufficiently to object....and if nobody notices just go ahead and do it anyway! (just like the Vogons in 'The Hitch-hikers Guide to the Galaxy')
