A Dog's Dinner

It's been a bit of foodie day today.

Following a rather lovely walk on the beach and a chat at the bike shop where I was getting some new tyres fitted, we headed back for a lazy afternoon. Then we set to making a pretty fab Saturday dinner.

Seared scallops followed by fish tacos finished off with coffee granita with vanilla cream - it's the first time we've made it and it certainly won't be the last.

I'm stuffed and really for bed. Lovely.
