Friday 22 July 2011: A reminder
After two weeks of almost constant, hot, Spanish sun - there were a couple of dull afternoons but the clouds quickly dispersed - the day before we were due to leave, the mist rolled in from the north, sank down the hillsides and stayed well into the evening. We could see sun on the coast, and indeed drove to it when we went for lunch in Nerja. But behind the house this was the view - a reminder of home, perhaps. Except the sun was shining in Argyll that day, and was still doing so when we got back to Glendaruel twenty four hours later !
