People's Palace

I hadn't planned this at all but it was an early morning Blip as the car kind of just took me a slight diversion to get it. Possibilities were a bit limited as there is a lot going on in the area just now.

I really should have cleaned that dirt off the front of the lens before the picture rather than after it!
