Wednesday 27 July 2011: Waiting for the storm to end
A thunderstorm occurred while I and my colleague were doing forestry clearing. We didn't want to take a risk of getting hit by lightning. After about an hour the storm had gone further but a new one was drawing near so we called it a day. We had already worked over 6 hours as we started early.
On my way back home while driving on a motorway a heavy shower began. It was really hard to see and steering was also hard so I had to slow down to just a bit over 50 km/h. Some had even stopped their vehicle on the side of the road.
