Findlater Castle. Sandend.

This is the relics of a fourteenth century
castle.
Sandend is a small village just south of
Cullen, famous for it's soup Cullen Skink
I call it Cullen stink, cos it does!!! it's main
ingredient is smoked haddock. Cookery
lesson over.lol

We did the coastal walk, about three
hours, stopped near the old castle for
lunch.
The weather was gorgeous.

Far off in the distance you may be
able to make out the Moray Firth
the area around Wick, leading to
John O Groats.
