Rare species

Spotted in the Tolcross area early this morning was a lesser bearded Wingpig

I can confirm that the subject was resplendent
in long shorts & sandals despite it being dreich and cooler than it should be for April!

If I'd only had my camera ready I could have done a Treegonk style 'drive-by' shot

Then again, that might have freaked out Wingpig having a stranger in a wee silver car taking his picture as he waited to cross the street!
