TONIGHT'S DINNER

Defrosted this large chicken for dinner tonight expecting my son Neil to be here all day. However he got bored and decided to play cricket for our local team. So the bird is in the oven and hopefully I will have timed it right and the chicken will be ready to serve when Neil gets home. Depends on how the cricket goes though.
