Friday 29 July 2011: Happy campers
The first evening camping is always great; cars parked up, tents just erected, first few perfectly-chilled beers freshly opened, barbecues warming up, kids happy as Larry.
It almost makes you forget the sweaty, desperate for a pee, hot headachey, reflux-inducing, dehydrated hungover state you're almost certain to be in the following morning when the annoying folk next door start gabbing with their kids at 6.30 am and wake yours up.
