Here's our T Rex skeleton cast

The cast bit is important, as it really annoys me when people pass things off as something that they're not. This one was cast from a real skeleton housed in the Museum of The Rockies...

He's quite sweet, but has become a bit of a poster boy for the new museum...

The museum was heaving again today. Whilst it's great that so many people are enjoying it, I've decided that my favourite time is between 9.30 and 10.00 just before the doors open. It feels like I have the place to myself and it means I can get a good close look at the galleries... you have to make the most of these small perks....
