Friday 5 August 2011: Snack Time
Today, I introduced Terri to an old favourite of mine from my younger days. In Australia, we call them Chip Butties. Usually it's done on a bread roll, but I didn't have any, so I just used bread.
One large packet of potato chips.
Two slices of bread (a bread roll is better)
Open the potato chips and while they are still in the bag, completely crush them up.
Butter the bread (or bread roll)
Pour crushed potato chips onto the bread (or bread roll).
Place the second piece of bread on top (or close the bread roll).
