Friday 5 August 2011: The Loch shaped like Scotland
There must be thousands of photographs of this, but I nearly always stop and look. It is, of course, Loch Garry and I passed it on my way to Poolewe, to take part n the BBC Radio 4 Any Questions Programme..
A couple of miles beyond this viewpoint on the A87 is the memorial cairn to Willie Macrae , which is a perpetual reminder not only of his massive contribution to the SNP and Scotland but also of the strange story of his death.
