Monday 28 August 2006: out of steam
With ten days to go for the construction of three bridesmaids' dresses for her mate's wedding my girlfriend's sewing machine has knackered. My guess is either a partial burnout of some of the motor coils or a gearing issue given the continued but very slow operation. Luckily there is only one dress and two other hems to go
