Big Seas at North Berwick

Took a run to North Berwick for the sunset tonight, what sunset! Still, too far to go not to get anything. Plan originally had been to find that chain fence at the harbour that seems to get done as a LE shot but with no parking anywhere near the harbour that was that idea up the spout. In fact there was little or no parking anywhere near the beach at North Berwick tonight, is that normal?

Finally got stopped a lot further up the beach and tried to make the best of what I could. Seascapes aren't really my thing but this would have been nice with a sunset to perk it up. Slowed up the shutter long enough to get some movement in the waves.

Very very pleased with the D7000, it's a hell of a camera. Seems top notch for landscape stuff in particular and works a treat with the Hitech 150 filters as well. Well pleased.
