eye to eye

Decided to have a play tonight. Frustrating hour or so in photoshop just to get a very thin blue line in this eye. I always wanted blue eyes but couldn't get it to do just what I wanted, so gave up a wee bit and then they blew the picture off because it had a border. Oh well back to the original
