There are a few of us about along the canal early in the morning; Steve Zazou opening up his narrow boat cafe, Aileen from a few doors down going for a run (I never had her down for a runner...), 'Organic Jim' the homeless recycler with his tales of police state Edinburgh and cameras in every lamp post...

and me and Milo screaming like a banshee.
