Smoke and Water.......

Just a quick blip tonight as I have really had a bad day today, and to top it all |I have an infection with one of my wounds and it is flaring up.

Don't worry I will return to good health soon I have no doubt, this is the first real set back I have had and if this is the only thing which goes wrong I will be pleased.

I have injected my last blood thinning solution and have got rid of those damn stockings, thank the lord.
