Crabbing for Dogs.

As BB was doing a watercolour course today and our friends had to head back to the Islands there was no long lie this Sunday, so The Wonder Dog and myself were on the beach before the masses -playing The Underwater Dog Game.

It goes like this. I throw in a shell or a stone he chases it then sticks his head under the water, rummages around, picks it up and runs back. Simple but loads of fun for both of us, unfortunately The Wonder Dog choose to have an underwater attack on a large crab which looked very like his lost shell.

The result was himself splashing around with the aforementioned crab attached to his nose - suddenly we we're in an illustration from The Beano. The poor dog survived with just his dignity dented.

Then on to a shopping trip with Calamity and her mum, back to pick up BB from her castle based course then home for dinner.
