Cake trial ..

Well, the trial was more about getting the lettering right, oh the cakes were delicious too! Probably one of my best batches, light and fluffy! Yum! If my cake turns out like this on Tuesday, it'll be perfect! Youtube'd last night how to ice a square cake. I usually fold the corners but last night learned a different method - time will tell :)

Ahh! 4 sleeps to go ... Monday and Tuesday will be my last days at work as a Miss! :)
