Hardeep Singh Kholi

Fun at the Fringe. Part 1

Great day out in Edinburgh at the Fringe. We had a walk down the Royal Mile at the start of the day to catch some of the street acts. Some were the same ones we'd seen about 4 years ago, still doing the same stuff, but still pulling in the crowds. Suppose if it's not broke...!

After lunch at Valvona & Crolla we headed back towards the University area to catch our first show of the day. Hardeep Singh Kholi and his show Chat Massala. Where he basically cooks a curry while telling jokes and also chatting to special guests. We were very lucky as one of the guests was none other than Ed Byrne. Very funny show and a very tasty curry, which he dished out to the audience at the end!

Headed for a drink after, bumped into Hardeep and let him know how much we enjoyed the show. Nice guy, just hanging out after the show with the 'normal folk'

Had dinner at a great Lebanese restaurant. Done properly and was excellent! Wish we had one in Inverness!

Our second show of the night was American comedian Rich Hall. Absolutely hilarious! He knew exactly how to please the crowd even with hall we were in being like an oven.

After that we headed outside to queue up for the 3rd show of the evening, another Rich Hall performance that I will explain more in my next blip...
