1 day to go ...

I made the cake last night, it's a triple layer sponge, 2 vanilla and the middle layer chocolate, both layered with buttericing. Then covered in ready roll white icing - which I had a major fight / stress with last night. It finally worked for me and I even smoothed down the corners as per the YouTube video I watched 2 nights previously - I usually blanket fold icing around the corners and am always disappointed with the result. This time, it looks semi decent! It's tall, the sponge is light and tastes delicious! It's READY!

So whilst I'm saying my vows tomorrow, I'm mostly going to be looking forward to eating the cake :) Hehe!!

Am I going to get any sleep tonight?!?!?!
