Today I was on holiday and headed over to Aberdour to do a Sea kayak course.

Beautiful day, so much to learn. Lunch on Inchcolm Island and a paddle back for wet activities, eskimo rescues and capsizing.

I have used muscles today that I did not know existed, more tomorrow and Saturday hopefully.

Back home went for a walk with Eco mum with the dog.

Bath and bed.
