Sachertorte

Saturday is a very special birthday for me - suffice to say I'll never pay for a bus trip ever again, so BB has decided that I need a very special birthday cake - Sachertorte.

The best 'celebration' cake in the world with ingredients including, double cream, very good chocolate, rum, butter etc. We're not talking 'lo-cal' here but it's once every two years so who cares.

The house is filling up with the smell of birthday - lovely.
