Sunday 28 August 2011: Jim & Irene

It was a long drive through and back, but worth it to spend time at Hospitalfield in Arbroath to mark the 40th wedding anniversary of Jim & Irene McGugan - and on the very day on which they were married in 1971 ! Good company, a splendid brunch and a very moving re-dedication during which they repeated their vows. The surroundings were wonderful as well - not the first time I have been there this year.
