Passionate about Kew

Well what a difficult task to choose just one image from the many at Kew; although I wanted to go for the water lilys themselves it was the single passion flower dangling delicately and beautifully above the giant water lily pond that stole the show in the end.
Having not been to Kew since I was at least 10 or so I did thorougly enjoy the guided tour and learning about the Royal Botanic Garden's history and how important the scientific research and conservation is - there are 200 scientists employed at Kew !! never mind the horticulturalists.

'A great day out' as they say and Mr H was in his element - I had to drag him out!!
