Wednesday 31 August 2011: Gazania

Lovely sunny day.

Damian's infection after his appendectomy has flared up again, but fortunately the doctor seems well in control and has attended the matter immediately.
He may be hospitalized again for the sake of nursing procedures re the cleaning/treatment etc of the drain/wound.
It is hard to believe how this matter has developed. It seems that everything that could have gone wrong, have done so.

Today I have mostly done some packing ... off to Pretoria tomorrow and later in the weekend to Perth.
