Pricey Paper

The one time of the year I'm glad I don't own a Ferrari or a Porsche or anything else exotic with a massive engine...

Well, that and insurance renewal time... And when the servicing bills arrive... And whenever I have to pay for fuel... Okay so I suppose I'm pretty glad most of the time I don't own a Ferrari or Porsche... But damn it I still want one!

Anyway this is quite possibly the most expensive piece of paper, per square centimetre, that any of us own...

... But thats okay, I'm happy to pay £260 (it's gone up again) a year for the upkeep of our excellent road network... Oh hang on, wait... That's not right...
