Collecting drinking water from the emergency response centre! Also free ice for the G&T.
Seriously though the Old Saybrook authorities seem to be the only local town who have been able to respond with anything like a coordinated effort, and even if it does mean showering in the local high school, with Billy Bob in the next cubicle with his pet squirrels, it's better than having nothing.
