A Dog's Dinner

Foraging

After a Sunday long lie, we set to and went Chanterelle hunting for most of the afternoon and collected a bumper crop. It seems like a classic year for mushrooms around these parts- we must have gathered a couple of kilos within an hour or so.

The freeze remarkable well if you quickly cook them and drive the fluid out and that's what we've been doing so we'll have plenty during the winter.

Tonight we'll be having a classic 'shroomy dinner 'cept Bella's not here this time.

Doesn't time fly?
Go on - big up those golden beauties!
