Little Chef Flips Pancakes

Apologies for the bad quality picture but it was the only one I managed to get while supervising little chef with hot pans!

So we had the pancakes this morning as promised. Little chef kind of amazed me by picking up a frying pan and flipping a pancake, not bad skill at 4 years old! Oh and we loved mixing the batter in the new mixer too! Back to work tomorrow.

I also did the christmas menus today for the college and for the restaurant too. I don't want the summer to be over yet but 1st day at school tomorrow confirms it really!
