Inside Outside

The never ending day

Finish night shift at 7ish this morning, in bed by 8am. Up at 1pm, pack and drive from
Caithness to Inverness in heavy tourist traffic. Quick hour with family then coastguard rope rescue training followed by swim session at triathlon club. Time for bed now.

Lots of wildlife on the drive South with a kestrel hunting on the moors at the Causeymire, then buzzards swooping for road kill in Easter Ross, seals basking on a sand bank by the A9 at the Cromarty Bridge finished off seeing a red kite soaring above the Black Isle.
